The 2009 Hudson Valley Express Season Is Complete...

Dear players and parents,

We had a great time coaching you over the past few months. Most players made improvements in their game and everyone seemed to learn something from playing against strong competition.

We would appreciate any feedback you may have. Thank you to those of you who have already sent us an e-mail. We hope to improve our program each year and your feedback is a good way to start (-yes... we're already planning for next year!). Please e-mail us your feedback regarding any aspects of the program and stay in touch throughout the year. Don't forget that we are available to assist with the college recruiting process. Good luck with the upcoming school year and DON'T PUT YOUR STICK DOWN!!!

2009 Hudson Valley Express General Information

Over the years, Coach Cameron and Coach Glascott have coached players in this program from Dutchess, Westchester, Orange, Putnam, and Ulster Counties. Many of our players who have graduated high school have taken advantage of our services and have gone on to play lacrosse at the college level. -Some of these players have also accepted lacrosse scholarships. Learning from Coach Cameron and Coach Glascott give players the edge they need to show their stuff in front of college coaches at summer tournaments while having fun and staying in shape during the off-season! We hope you will join us.

All practices will be held on the outdoor field at the Brewster Sports Center. In the event of inclement weather, check our website. Mark the following dates on your calendar:
